    ✔ Beginners – start with:

    1️⃣ Wash your Kegel balls with intimate cleaner
    2️⃣ Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant
    3️⃣ Insert gently, like a tampon
    4️⃣ Keep the retrieval cord outside
    5️⃣ Relax and breathe slowly


    ✅ 4️⃣ How to do Kegel exercises?

    The goal: contract the pelvic floor muscles (as if you were trying to stop urine flow).

    🔹 Basic exercise
    👉 Squeeze for 3 seconds
    👉 Relax for 3 seconds
    👉 Repeat 10 times

    🔹 Progression
    ✔ Do this 2–3 times a day

    You can do your exercises while:

    ✔ In the shower
    ✔ Sitting at work

    ✔ Relax
